Understanding the commercial report
What is a commercial credit report?
A commercial credit report is a bureau file on a business entity rather than an individual. It shows the entity’s borrowing — every credit facility across lenders, sanctioned and outstanding amounts, overdue positions and delinquency history — plus exposure where the entity or its principals act as guarantor, and the credit scores of associated individuals.
On VerifyAll a business enters the entity’s name and PAN, and the commercial report returns in seconds — with a business profile, a year-on-year credit summary, open-facility detail, a delinquency summary, guarantor exposure, associated persons and recent enquiries, ready to download.
Why businesses pull it
To size a counterparty’s borrowing and repayment behaviour before extending trade credit, supplier terms or a loan.
What it shows
Credit facilities by lender, sanctioned and current balances, overdue and delinquency history, guarantor exposure and associated individuals’ scores.
How it works
Enter the business name and PAN. The report is on the entity, drawn from lender-reported commercial data.
When it is used
At vendor credit assessment, trade-credit decisions, business lending and counterparty risk monitoring.

One dashboard
Run it across every counterparty
Whether you check one business or review a whole supplier base, every commercial pull is authorised, returns in seconds, and lands in one dashboard you can search, filter and export.
- The requesting business confirms it is authorised to run a commercial check on the entity.
- The purpose of the check is stated at the time of the request.
- The report is shared only with the requesting business.
- Reports are handled under a defined retention policy, not kept indefinitely.
- Scores shown for associated individuals belong to those individuals, not the entity.
