At VerifyAll, we aim to deliver reliable and efficient verification services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy explains how and when cancellations can be made for our products or services.

For One-Time Verifications

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the verification or processing has not been started.
• Once the verification process begins or a report is generated, the order cannot be canceled.

For Subscriptions or Recurring Plans

• You may cancel your subscription anytime through your VerifyAll account dashboard.
• The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle — no further charges will be made.
• You will retain access to premium verification features until your plan expires.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order or subscription, please contact our support team at support@verifyall.ai with your order ID or registered email address. Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation within 1–2 business days.
