Understanding Udyam verification
What is Udyam verification?
Udyam verification is the process of confirming that a Udyam Registration Number (URN) is genuine and belongs to an enterprise that is registered as an MSME, by checking it against Udyam records rather than trusting a certificate shared on email.
A business submits the URN, VerifyAll returns the registration details as held on record — enterprise name, MSME classification (Micro, Small or Medium), major activity, organisation type, registration date and location — and produces a report. It is used to confirm MSME status for payment-terms rules, procurement preference and priority-sector lending.
